{"id":97,"date":"2026-05-23T11:01:49","date_gmt":"2026-05-23T09:01:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spojnia.org.pl\/?page_id=97"},"modified":"2026-07-20T15:51:13","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T13:51:13","slug":"strategic-areas","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/spojnia.org.pl\/en\/o-projekcie\/obszary-strategiczne\/","title":{"rendered":"Obszary strategiczne"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Developing local integration strategies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1em\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In our project, we have identified four key strategic areas that correspond to different social groups and their diverse needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Social cohesion and local community integration<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In this area, we propose a community mentoring programme in which trained groups of several volunteers will accompany families with migration experience for six months, supporting them with various aspects of everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Children and youth \u2013 education and integration<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">This area is aimed at people working with children and young people in multicultural communities. Through training and mentoring, we give teams from local institutions the knowledge they need to work with young people with migration experience and their peers, supporting local integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adults \u2013 skills, the labour market and entrepreneurship<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The activities in this area focus on supporting adults with migration experience in their job search and in navigating the Polish labour market through workshops, mentoring and a business Polish language course, as well as providing assistance with starting their own business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Older people \u2013 an active and dignified life in the community<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In this area, we propose implementing activities aimed at older people \u2013 language conversation groups and intercultural caf\u00e9s that combine language learning with intergenerational social integration.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tworzenie lokalnych strategii integracji W projekcie \u201eSp\u00f3jnia\u201d wyr\u00f3\u017cnili\u015bmy cztery kluczowe obszary strategiczne, kt\u00f3re odpowiadaj\u0105 r\u00f3\u017cnym grupom spo\u0142ecznym i ich zr\u00f3\u017cnicowanym potrzebom.
